One of the main disadvantage of the workplace, is the workplace politics. In every office there are some people who are hardworking and sincere, and some people who do not much work but are smooth talkers. Depending on the company culture, the hard working may be rewarded during performance appraisal . In other place, presentation may be important , and they may not be given the credit they deserve.
